Upon completion of our services, we retain your case materials for 90 days to allow for any questions or follow-up work. After 90 days, case materials are securely deleted unless you request otherwise in writing. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information and case materials. These measures include encrypted file storage, secure communication channels, and access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel only.

- Consultation inquiries: Contact information from consultations that do not result in an engagement is retained for no more than 180 days, then deleted.
- Case materials: Retained for 90 days after delivery of final work product, then securely deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Business records: Financial records and engagement agreements are retained as required by applicable law and standard business practices.
